Am travelling around France between 22 May to 25 June 2018. I would be delighted if someone would like to have a massage exchange with me.
Warm regards

Thanks for your sympathetic inscription in this forum and your invitation to exchange a massage in May-June.
Please, Can you explain us in short message, how do you practice "strong hands massage"?
According to you, what are the benefits and possible inconveniences of this practice?
Best regards

A thousand thanks for all these clarifications Rajesh ...Rajesh Ramachandran a écrit : ↑jeu. 3 mai 2018 10:44 Dear Dany,
Thank you for the message. Am sorry for this delay, I really did not get a notification mail about your message and hence.
Am from the culture where Ayurvedic massage is the norm. However, from my own experience in the last 15 years, I see that this massage style is quite soft. There are hardly some masseurs who apply pressure, which is actually very good for some clients, especially when they have issues like back pain etc. However, since the Ayurvedic oil is so good, it still has its benefits.
When I started learning and doing massage, I used to apply the pressure which I was missing when I was receiving it. More pressure with the same oils, gives an even better feeling and results for the client.
However, I dont go into very strong pressure as in very deep ones, as am told I should slowly prepare the person to receive deep pressure.
Strong hands with warm Ayurvedic oil is really good for internal muscle bruises or even for better relaxing.
Of course, some people cannot take pressure at all, but I keep pressure a just a bit above being soft.
For some people, they could feel the muscles a bit sore the next day but its ok within 48 hours.
Let me repeat that am not a therapist at all, and all I aim for is to give relaxation. But I have noticed, also thanks to my own personal experience, as strong pressure and warm Ayurvedic oil together do help.
Warm regards
Rajesh
